Attend

The most essential way to contribute to the Southside Harvest Festival is to attend.  Come out to Cocolalla on Saturday, October 26 to have fun and support your friends and neighbors!

Support Our Vendors

Browse offerings from regional growers, artisans and businesses and support the local economy!  All vendor fees go towards next year’s Festival.

Join a Work Day

Southside Community Church organizes regular work days to get the facility ready.  See the SCC Facebook Page for the latest dates and planned projects.

Volunteer

We need people to help with setup during the week before the event, and during the Festival assisting with the children’s area, first aid station, parking, directing traffic, and being generally available.

Distribute Festival Flyers

We need people willing to help distribute event posters at bulletin boards through the area.

Join the Sign Task Force

One of the most important aspects of getting ready for an event is making sure people know about it and how to get there.  We need people to help make and set up banners and signs, including signage onsite (such as exit signs, parking lot markers, “restrooms this way”, etc).

Provide Photo and Video

If you have a beautiful, evocative image of Cocolalla that deserves to be seen, please contact the organizers about using it on the website or for event marketing materials.  We also need people to take photos and video during the event, to document all the fun stuff that will be happening.

Spread the Word

Tell your friends, family and neighbors about the Festival and invite them to attend with you!  Share the Southside Harvest Festival Facebook event page and like our posts.

An inventory system is in place to keep track of all equipment.  Currently, we need the following items:

  • Outdoor Folding Awnings
